"After being pushed from pillar to post by another company, Charlie came to look at a leak I had in my roof during heavy rainfall. Charlie turned up as and when he said he would and explained in detail the process him and his team would carry out to repair what was diagnosed as some old and rotten felt and batten, as well as completing a full like-for-like ridge replacement due to some broken pieces.
