Prices, costs and timescales on the website, such as typical roof prices or how soon we can visit, are guides based on typical jobs, not promises. What we will do, for what price and when is set out in your written quote.

Surveys, quotes and offers

• Our surveys and quotes are free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
• We cover Dorset and Hampshire. We may not be able to help with properties outside these areas.
• A contract for work only starts when you accept our written quote. The quote, and the terms that come with it, set out the work, the price, the payment terms and any guarantee.
• Guarantees are given in writing. Where a guarantee is backed by a product manufacturer, the manufacturer’s own terms also apply.
• Offers on our website may change or end at any time. This does not affect a written quote we have already given you.

Reviews and ratings

The reviews and ratings on our website come from Google and Bark. They are our customers’ own views.

Using our website

You must not use our website for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, introduce viruses or other harmful code, or send false or misleading enquiries.
